The deadline for the submission of the 2024 Annual Security Incident Report (ASIR) is 31 March 2025. 
As mandated by NPC Circular No. 2022-04, all organizations handling personal data must submit their ASIR to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) on or before the deadline.
Important Reminders:
Once submitted via the Data Breach Notification Management System (DBNMS), ASIR can no longer be updated or edited. If unsure about the information, use the “Save as Draft” option.
In case of errors, request deletion by emailing [email protected], then proceed to “Create a new report.”
Submissions will only be accepted through DBNMS. Any other submission methods will not be considered valid.
Avoid penalties and ensure compliance! Submit your report on time.
